Why is the program ending?
The timeline for concluding the Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness program has always been December 31, 2011.
BACKGROUND: Our Program Terms of agreement state that the Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness period begins March 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends December 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the "Rewards Program Period").
What’s the last day to redeem rewards?
You have until December 31, 2011, 11:59:59 CT to redeem your points for rewards, after which time all unused points remaining in your account shall be void.
What happens to my unused codes and points?
All unused codes and points will no longer be valid after December 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 Central Time..
Will Tropicana be offering another loyalty program like Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness?
At this time, we do not have plans to re-introduce a program like Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness.
There are no awards I like. It’s not fair that I should have to settle.
There have been a variety of interesting rewards offered throughout the year. All rewards available on the Website are subject to change without notice and are available while supplies last.
For those who can’t find that special reward, you can enter our sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 gift card or donate points to Rescue the Rainforest until December 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time.
Why didn’t Tropicana inform members earlier that the program was ending?
The beginning and end date of Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness is clearly stated in the Program Terms.
By participating in the Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness program, all consumers registering had to agree/confirm having the opportunity to read these Program Terms before becoming a member.
We also posted a “popup” reminder on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness webpage and sent an email to our Tropicana Juicy Rewards Premium Goodness members who agreed to receive email communications from us reminding them of the program end date.
What will happen to the Rescue the Rainforest campaign?
Tropicana is proud of the three-year Rescue the Rainforest partnership that we’ve had with Cool Earth. We’re currently exploring other ways to continue supporting the effort.
